33. KI 10310 Copper Anti-Seize
This Copper Anti-Seize Lubricant Contains Copper flakes and graphite suspended in a petroleum paste carrier. The copper anti-seize product is designed to provide protection against high temperature, sea water, seizing, galling and work as a thread lubricant, aiding assembly and disassembling of threaded components. Metal parts can be assembled and removed more easily in a cleaner, better condition even after extended exposure to sub zero temperature or up to 1100 0 C and vibratory loads. It can be used as a lubricant for automotive break linkages to reduced braking efforts and to increased braking efficiency. Also can be used for wide variety of metallic and non metallic materials.

34. KI 10311 Nickel Anti- Seize
This Nickel Anti-Seize Lubricant has chemical and extremely high temperature resistance. It is suitable for use with stainless steel and application involving strong acids, high temperature and chemicals. Nickel based formula is free of copper, lead, sulfides and chlorides. This product protects various mechanical components up to 13000 C. This product has unique property that will not poison catalyst beads or reaction chambers.
Applications: Used in oil refineries, water and sewage plants, chemical plants, and in environment where a clean and inert lubricant is needed.
35. KI 10312 Heavy Duty Anti-Seize
This specially developed graphite, calcium fluoride formulation is free of lead, copper and sulpher.It does not contain any free metals. It protects critical equipment up to temperature of 1300 0 C.This unique product provides outstanding lubricity and anti galling properties at high temperature.
Applications: Use in turbine studs & bolts , ethylene and acetylene piping, petrochemical plants, other heavy duty application and in environment prohibiting the use of copper.
36. KI 10313 Moly Paste
Moly paste is the special low friction lubricant. Contains 65 % molybdenum disulphide in high quality grease. Which provides maximum lubrication at high temperature of up to 4000 C.It protects equipments during break- in under high static or slow moving loads. Also allows maximum clamping from available torque.
Applications: Extreme pressure and heavy loads, High stress bolting , Slow moving grease and spiness, drawing, stamping & shearing application.
37 . KI 10314 Dp Test Kit
A three part Quality Assurance system that detects and locates cracks and defects in metals and nonporous, non-metal parts.
1.Krayon Cleaner : Clean surface with Krayon cleaner. Apply a heavy film and allow to soak. Wipe clean and repeat as necessary. Dry thoroughly before using penetrant.
2.Krayon Penetrant : Apply Krayon Penetrant and allow to soak for up to 20 minutes. Remove while still damp with a cloth that has been sprayed with Krayon cleaner.(Excess penetrant may distort test results.)
3.Krayon Developer : Shake Krayon Developer until agitator ball breaks loose and rattles. Then hold can at top and swing bottom of can in a circular for 2 minutes, making ball travels around bottom groove of can. Press spray button firmly and hold can 8” to 12” from test area. Developer can be applied immediately after removing surface penetrant, DO NOT WAIT MORE THAN 10 MINUITS. Fault, cracks and pores will be holding can upside-down, spraying until only clear gas comes out.
