FLOORINGS

1) KI 30010:HEAVY DUTY INDUSTRIAL SCREED :

HDIS has excellent chemical resistance & good abrasion resistance .Gives good bonding to old concrete,floors,metals,wood etc.This product is recommended fro repairs of damaged floors or for resurfacing .A non shrinkable ,trowlable having more compressive strength three times that of concrete .Application can be done from 3mm to 5 mm thickness. Emergency repairs can be comfortably done by using this product for the damaged floors of manufacturing industry, workshops, maintenance areas,m/c foundations ,concrete etc.
Applications: Beweries Automobile workshops, Bottling plants, Warehouse floors, Railway platforms, Bus terminals, Airport runways, and all type of Industrial floors.

2) KI 30011 POT FILLING COMPOUND:

This is a excellent three component epoxy aggregate which is used for permanent repairs of damaged floors upto high depths more than 10mm upto 1feet or above. The material after curing gives very high compressive strength & is good bonding to any substrate 
Applications: Damaged floors in various industries, Ramps, Staircases, Kota floors, drains, etc.

3) KI 30012 CRACK SEAL COMPOUND:

This product is specially developed for repairing the cracked concrete structures, heavy machinery foundations, for structures, grouting, waterproofing & sealing properties .This product is good water & industrial chemical resistant.
Applications: Building ceilings, Battery room floors, Industrial machinery foundations.etc.

4) KI 30013 BACKING COMPOUND:

Backing compound is formulated to provide high compressive strength and impact resistance. Backing compound has become the recommended product used in the crushing industry providing safety & durability. The innovative kit packing results in easy mixing handling and pouring. Backing is recommended to be used in all cone crushers.
Applications: Cement Industries, Corrollaries, Coalmines, Minerals & Metals pulverizing units.etc.

5) KI 30014 GROUT COMPOUND: 

Non shrinking Fast set grout is designed to grout new machineries & set anchor bolts quickly self leveling ,it can be poured upto 1'' thick .Its compressive strength & chemical resistance are superior than concrete. Unlike concrete it forms strong bond to concrete & to itself.
Applications: Machine foundations concretes etc.

FLOOR COATINGS

1) KI 30015 SELF LEVELLING COMPOUND:

Self leveling coating provides monolithic, dustfree, highgloss/matt surfaces that has good mechanical strength & offers excellent resistance to water oil industrial chemicals etc. Very easy to clean the surface ,wide choice of colours for aesthetic appearance .can be applied to a thickness ranging from 500 microns to 2mm This has to be applied over a base coat of floor primer.

Applications: Ideal for Industrial or commercial locations Where hygienic ,dust free environment is important. Regularly used in electronic assembly units ,food industries, computer rooms, control rooms, Battery room floors, Automobile workshops, Engine assembly units, Breweries Show rooms offices etc.

2)KI 30016 ANTISKID COMPOUND:

This product when applied on concrete surface provides non skid, high strength flooring capable of withstanding load & wear. This product can also be applied on other surfaces like mild steel, cast iron stainless steel, wood etc.

Applications: Ramps, Walkways, locker rooms Stairs, Hangers, Machine shops etc.
Types of Anti skid flooring available are:

i) Big foot vehicular grade ii) Big foot Heavy duty pedestrian grade iii) Big foot Glow coat.

3) KI 30017 ANTISTATIC FLOOR COATING:

When two surfaces rub against each other electrostatic charges are developed. Electrostatic voltages due to rubbing (Triboelectric effect) can give rise to voltages from 100v to 35000v. As the time duration of these voltages is of few microseconds they do not affect human beings .They can damage or degrade sensitive electronic components .This results in malfunctioning of the equipment in which the damaged components is used .Antistatic floor coating provides the best solution to this problem of static electricity .It is specially formulated coating material which is applied on the floor tabletops ,cupboards etc. All electrostatic charges are harmlessly conducted away through the coating ,thus protecting the devices .Besides this its antistatic properties it has superb abrasion resistance .It has good resistance to oils, mild acids, alkalies & chemicals.
Applications: Electronic parts/equipments manufacturing, assembling & test area ,Computer & electronic equipment installations, Hospitals pharmaceutical Industries, control rooms, power plants, explosive filling unit etc.

PROTECTIVE COATINGS

1) KI 30018 WALL COATING:

This is a unique product which is developed especially for high gloss, Fire resistant Low voc, which is resistant to mold & fungus growth. Stands upto repeated washings with detergents & disinfectants etc.
Application: Beverages, Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals, Food industries, Dairies.etc.

2) KI 30019 FIRE & HEAT RETARDANT COATINGS:

Fire Retardant coatings are two pack coatings which are ideal for protecting metal and concrete structures in areas where fire hazards are present. They have excellent resistance to water as well as chemicals and are suitable for use in the harshest of environments. The coatings are highly durable and have excellent adhesion to the substrate. In case of a fire, the coatings in contact with the flame will char but will prevent the flame from spreading.

Applications: Pipelines, Tanks, Concrete/plastered, walls, Structural, steel, Chlor, Alkaliplants, Refineries, Crude Oil Storage tanks, electric pannel. 

3) KI 30020 GLASS FLAKE COAT:

Glass flake filled anticorrosive coat is heavy duty glass filled epoxy developed to protects repair various industrial equipment which are likely to get affected by corrosion, erosion & chemical attack. This glass flake filled system will have extremely low permeability, good resistance to undercutting good chemical resistance, relatively high abrasion/erosion resistance & very low shrinkage.

4) KI 30021 COROGARD :

A specially developed anticorrosive coating for various steel structures & equipments working under severe corrosive environment. Coating of corogard provides durable smooth finish, which has outstanding resistance to moisture, water acids alkalies oil & corrosive media due to solventless nature.

Applications: Machine parts, Equipments exposed to extreme conditions in industries, Corroted Structures, Chemical Tank, transformer.

5) KI 30022 MULTIGARD :

A product which is economical & protects steel structures & equipments exposed to humid atmosphere for longer time .This feature is coupled with mild chemical resistance.
Application: Structure of cooling towers, other Industrial structure etc.

6) KI 30023 HIGH BUILD EPOXY :

Two component ,high build ,modified epoxy coating intended for single coat application over metal, concrete surfaces Designed for use on rusted metal this coating delivers excellent chemical & corrosion resistance with surface preparation. Bonds excellent on mild steel, stainless steel, galvanized.
Applications: Steel structures, pipelines, exterior reaction vessels exhaust fans, Tanks external.etc.

7) KI 30024 COROGARD (CTE)

Corogard (cte) is high build coal tar epoxy coatings. The outstanding water resistance of coal tar together with the chemical and solvent resistance, toughness and adhesion of epoxy resin to give excellent overall corrosion protection.
Applications: Tunnels, Underground tanks, Fuel tanks etc.

8) KI 30025 HIGH TEMP. ALU. COATING 

Modified silicon co polymer aluminum complex coating resists heat continuous, excellent resistance to thermal shocks. Coating Resists Heat 650 0C Continuous and 950 0C intermitant. Available in range up to 250 0 C, up to 650 0 C, up to 950 0 C 
Applications: Exhaust manifolds ,Chimneys, High temp. Ducts. Etc.

9) KI 30026 LAGOON COATING

This is extremely chemically resistant product having good repealing properties to the ionic corrosion formed during the process. Mostly suitable for the coating of the tanks containing highly corrosive chemical & nutralising chemicals.
Application : For salt lagoon, Tanks of Brine solution, sewage Treatment plant.

10) KI 30027 ROAD MARKER

This is a unique product having good abrasion resistance used for the Demarkation lines in industries .Having good life as compared to the other systems.Gives good bonding to the industrial floor.
Applications: Industrial floor marking, gangway marking etc.

11) KI 30028 PORTABLE WATER EPOXY 

This is a two component epoxy which is formulated for portable water tank. This is a self priming system gives high build coat. Confirms to USDA standards 
Applications: Water storage tanks.etc.

12)KI30029 DM WATER TANK COATING

This is extremely chemical resistant polymer which is combination of phenolic resin, aromatic amides and glass flakes which has the extremely strong structure .Replaces rubber lining & poly propylene lining.
Applications: Structures, tanks, equipments of DM Plant., etc.

13 ) KI 30030 UV RESISTANCE COATING

This is a unique product which is specially developed for the protection from Ultra violet rays which directly effects the parts & equipments in industries This is having the excellent non yellowing properties ,does no fade in direct sunlight .
