an experienced, dynamic, result oriented Field Production

Position : Field Production Manager
- Gr I Job Code : LEICFPM No. of Post : One Salary :
i. Field Production Manager – Gr I (Trainee),
Duration – Half Year, Rs. 2.39 + Perks (Negotiable). ii. Field Production Manager–
Gr I (Probationary), Duration – Two Year,
Rs.3.19 + Perks (Negotiable). iii. Field Production Manager – Gr I (Regular),
Rs.3.89 + Perks (Negotiable).
Experience: Minimum 08 years experience in technical field
experience in Govt./Semi Govt./ Govt. Undertaking
Organization or Equivalent. Qualification: Degree in Mech./ Prod.
Engineering. However preference shall be given to the
candidates with
Post Graduation in Engineering / Administrative field
and Administrative / Management experience in the organization. Profile: Reporting to the Sr. Production
Manager. Manage the field production operations and associated
activities to achieve top quartile performance in productivity,
safety and cost. Plan production activities and establish
production priorities. Provide leadership to the field
production staff. Fulfill the emergency response duties
as per the company’s guidelines. Should have sufficient
technical understanding of epoxy paints, resin-hardeners,
refrigeration and air conditioning to make informed decisions.
Posting: Selected candidates will be placed on the post
of Field Production Manager (Trainee) Gr-I for one year.
After successful completion of the training period candidate
will be absorbed as Field Production Manager (Probationary)
for total period of one year. Only after successful completion
of the above cited training and probation period the candidate
shall be placed as Field Production Manager on regular
basis.
